RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily consented to enter the El Camino Foundation property located at 11350 Clybourn Ave, Sylmar CA 91342 (“PROPERTY”), and that I fully understand that various Equine Activities are occurring on this property on a daily basis.

I AM AWARE THAT THESE EQUINE ACTIVITIES ARE HAZARDOUS ACTIVITIES AND THAT I COULD BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR EVEN KILLED. I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THESE ACTIVITIES WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE DANGER INVOLVED AND AGREE TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER THOSE RISKS ARE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.
