Additional Boarding Policies & Requirements
To ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all horses and boarders, we have established the following policies and requirements:

- Vaccination & Health Requirements: All horses must be up to date on vaccinations and have a current negative Coggins test. Proof of vaccination is required upon move-in.
- Boarding Agreement & Liability Waiver: All boarders must sign a boarding contract and release of liability before bringing a horse onto the property.
- Late Fees & Payment Policy: Board is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in additional fees.
- Barn Hours: Open [Insert Hours] daily. Riders must be off the property by closing time unless otherwise approved.
- Guest Policy: Visitors must sign a liability waiver before handling or riding any horse on the property.
