GIBSON RANCH RULES

1. NO DOGS ALLOWED – For the safety of our animals and guests, dogs are not permitted on the premises unless approved as ADA-certified service animals.

2. NO OUTSIDE FEED – Do not feed any animals unless using food provided by Gibson Ranch. Outside feed is not allowed for the health and safety of the animals.

3. STAY IN DESIGNATED AREAS – Guests must remain in designated areas. Do not enter pens, pastures, or barns unless accompanied by a staff member.

4. RESPECT THE ANIMALS – No chasing, hitting, yelling at, or otherwise harassing the animals. Respectful behavior is required at all times.

POLICIES AND RULES OF CONDUCT FOR GIBSON RANCH

These are the rules that govern the use of the Gibson Ranch Facility (the “Facility”). Failure to comply with these rules and policies is grounds for termination of the right to use the Facility, and may result in having all Agreements with Gibson Ranch terminated.

1. Dog Policy

  • All dogs MUST be kept on a 6’ to 8’ leash and be under control at all times. Loose dogs will NOT be tolerated for any reason.
  • Facility will not tolerate nuisance barking. Dogs barking for more than five minutes must be removed immediately.
  • All dog manure MUST be picked up and disposed of. Failure may result in a $50 fee and future ban.
  • Dogs are not allowed in riding arenas at any time.
  • These rules are non-negotiable. Repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban and termination of agreements.

2. No Smoking

Do not smoke in barns or anywhere “No Smoking” signs are posted.

3. Horse Handling

  • Horses in arenas must be with a capable handler.
  • Do not turn horses loose except in designated areas.
  • Do not leave horses unattended outside of their stall.
  • Only tie horses in designated cross tie areas.

4. Cleanliness

  • Clean up after your horse and yourself. Use appropriate receptacles.
  • Wash horses only in the wash rack. Clean debris before leaving.

5. Equipment & Property

  • Keep all tack in tack rooms when not in use.
  • Safeguard personal property. Facility is not responsible for loss or theft.
